Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging and securely attach the prepaid return shipping label provided.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized parcel shop or scheduled pickup point associated with the carrier on your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
